Our team was challenged to create a seamless events monitoring experience, where customers can understand the health of their setup at a glance, and continue their path to enable Algolia services that boost their business performance.

Why is this important?

Tracking end customer events is critical to enabling AI recommendations, which helps optimise their search experience and automate a lot of the detailed configuration work connected with category management, search query reranking and synonym generation.
